Then I think somebody should create a wiki site with known issues of the
alpha release, that we (and users) can fill, and tell in the announcement
that users should look there before reproting a problem.

Can you please look whether this is a lyx2lyx problem (appears also in .lyx
file), or a .tex export problem?
