just point out that:

So what are you complaining about? That '-dbgx all' is not recognized or that LyX tries to delete /tmp?

If the first, this is normal, try '-dbg any' instead. It the later this problem is not new and I have reported that earlier already. But it's not related to command line parsing at all.
