Jose, I don't want to sound too negative but it seems that you don't
have the time to handle the alpha release management. If I am right
here, may I suggest that you pass the hand to someone else? Georg would
be the perfect candidate IMHO but JMarc or Michael would do fine also.
Georg has the most extensive knowledge of the LyX code; JMarc has the
experience from the 1.4 series and I find Michael's bug tracking and
polishing work very useful. I won't pretend that I have enough leverage
on developers so I won't volunteer (and I prefer to concentrate my free
time on bug fixing anyway).
