Hi, I am also interested in setting up converter for literate (Sweave) to HTML. I find it hard to do that, because I need to first weave the file and I do not know how to tell LyX to HTML-ize produced LaTeX file. I have the following in my prefs file
\converter "literate" "latex" "R CMD Sweave --opts="png=TRUE" $$i" "" Additionally, is it OK to have "" command/converter definition? Thank you!
