Hi,
I have installed the LyX150svn builds for Windows announced here:

XP.
Crashes:
1. Start LyX
2. Choose File > New
3. Click on the icon for "Include file" --> Crash
1. Start LyX
2. Choose File > New
3. Choose Tools > Preferences >Look and feel >User preferences > User
interface file > Browse > Wintoolbars > Save
4. Choose Tools > Preferences >Look and feel >User preferences > User
interface file > Browse --> Crash
Bugs:
1. Start LyX
2. Choose File > New
3. Write a few words
4. Choose View > PDF (pdflatex) --> Error: Windows cannot find PDViewWin -->
Error: Cannot view file
1. Start LyX
2. Choose File > New
3. Write a few words
4. Choose Insert > Math > Math panel > Detach panel --> The panel is paced
at the upper left corner with the head of the window not visibel --> The
detached panel cannot be moved or closed
