Linuxdoc relicts?

Hello,

by accident, I noticed that manpage.layout refers to LinuxDoc which 
AFAICS is no longer supported.

A recursive grep shows that there are several other files which still 
handle LinuxDoc, too. Here are the relevant ones:

 ./development/FORMAT
 ./lib/configure.py
 ./lib/examples/docbook_article.lyx
 ./lib/layouts/manpage.layout
 ./lib/lyx2lyx/LyX.py

Should we delete manpage.layout and remove the LinuxDoc code from the 
other files?
