This is fixed in latest 1.5.0svn.
I've updated, and I'm still getting the same bug. Could you try
opening the attached file (newfile2.lyx) and doing an "Accept all
changes"?
I can reproduce the bug. I have a faint idea of what goes wrong but I
need some time to think about a proper solution. Please be a bit patient
(may take a couple of days before I can work on it)
