I think this is a dialog-specific problem. In the past, there were other
dialogs which, e.g., were suffering from a strange <tab> field order.
Typically, this type of bugs is easy to fix for someone who is
acquainted with Qt.
Please add a bugzilla report such that this bug does not get forgotten.
i've corrected the tab order and removed (changed) some duplicate shortcuts
hopefully things are a bit better now...
