The syntax highlighting feature can be disabled by commenting out one
single line of code (well two if you want to disable the preamble
highlighting also). If any crash or bug is discovered we can do that
very effectively.
The syntax highlighting (which I like, personally, as I do like your dock
widgets) is just an example.
Not all examples are equal ;-)
The problem is that we are still pushing in new
features without preceeding discussion in a phase where we should even
discuss potential bug fixes, IMHO.
I really don't think those new features (which are polishing in fact)
are eating bug fixing time. Bug fixing shall be done in any case, I
agree with that.
