I also think that we should put a new button in the math toolbar to
launch the delimiter dialog without having to go first to the math

I guess "dialog-show mathdelimiter" in the toolbar and menu decription
file will do.
I'm sure the toolbar and menu
changes would be trivial if we knew that. As for the shortcut, no idea.
The general shortcuts are befined in "lib/bind/cua.bind" IIRC. Also,
once we have the menu item, you will be able to use "Alt-i m d"; a bit
long but better than nothing...
