You don't need to install the fonts. On Windows, just add the fonts from the SVN folder /lib/fonts
to LyX install folder under ~\Resources\fonts and then reconfigure.
For the build system, this is now automatically done by SCons.
The font handling must be implemented in CMake to get it working. i haven't done this as I have no
experience with CMake.
Edwin, Peter, could you do this please for CMake?
