It is in now. Supposedly you can do 'make install' in
development/MacOSX in order to create the skeleton before the real
make
install.
Mostly seems to work. However, the files that formerly were in
development/MacOSX/LyX.app/Contents/Resources are not copied over
with make install. These include:
COPYING
LyX.icns
LyXapp.icns
lyxrc.dist
Note that I removed the Fonts/ directory. The goal is to use
the same fonts/ directory as everybody else.
