because it's a dialog (at least it was), not a toolbar. Maybe the fact of it being now a dock widget changes things.
Ok, a dialog is different I agree. But as a dock widget there is not much difference for the user to a toolbar button...
While playing with the toc a bit, is there a way to change the keyboard focus to a dock or a drawer?
