Michael, in the German localization, you cannot use the accelerator "A" for
the TOC dialog (which is in fact used twice), for this breaks the fundamental
keyboard shortcuts M-a {1,2,...} in the main window (for switching headings).
The same holds true for any other M-bound shortcut in the main window/menu.
Well, with all the bindings in *.bind + all menu bindings, we are on
thin ice. It not only takes time to determine the set of free shortcuts,
the remaining set is also very small and subject to regular changes.
If we want to play safe, we have to remove all shortcuts for the TOC
dialog. The same holds for the Source dialog. This implies that we have
to be very careful about making dialogs dockable - unless we want to
free LyX from any shortcuts :-)
Any comments on this issues are welcome. I would like to get some
opinions before I change the po file.
