I mean the count in local language. We have distinct counters in Chinese, and we have two sets of counters in Chinese, analog to alphaCounter() and loweralphaCounter() in English. So I think hebrewCounter() is the counter localized to Hebrew? I didn't see anyone use it in English papers. Maybe I'm wrong. I'm not sure about it. Hangzai
