Open any 1.5.x document, say faq, export to 1.4, open faq.lyx14, view 
pdf, I see

LaTex Error: File 'armtex.sty' not found.

Thanks for the report. The armtex-package shouldn't be set in every case to the preamble, only when 
Armenian was used as document language. I'll have a look.
