My message was wrong because I read Abdel wanted to move toolbars to
documents. Actually, he meant Tools, which is equally wrong IMO.
To make my point clear, I think it is better in Tools than in Documents.
But I am perfectly fine with it being in View.
Except if you are one of those kde afficionados who find it normal to
have three different preference menu entries whose name do not allow
to guess what they do.
If I look at msword, acrobat or even explorer, the toolbars are in the
view menu.
And my point is that if toolbars are there, then so should be the TOC
dock widget. Because that's also a GUI thing. And if you look at the
QMainWindow class, toolbars and dockwidget are different canvas of the
main window so that's only natural to have them together.
