Should we?
In the best case the "GUI-indepentend people" will get some support,
and I guess this won't hurt.
The expected case is that nothing serious will happen at the price of
some emails that have to be written.
In the worst case we will have a lot of political discussion on
lyx-devel that distracts people from doing "real work".
Opinions?
