So it's either a Windows problem or CMake problem.
I also had this problem on Windows. In my case, I had a font with the same name as one of the Bakoma's. All other symbols were equal but the \kappa and \leq ones. The solution was to install the Bakoma fonts in the Windows fonts dir. -- Enrico
