Dear list, I found out, that there is a great difference between the case that you call czech the first and german the second table or if you make the entries the other way round. If czech is the first, everything is (very, very) fine! But in the other case very peculiar things happen. + sets a french sign on specific letters. But no czech letter could be seen while testing all possible combinations.
