Hi!
just for interest:
have you decided which VCS you will use?
I don't think a VCS change will happen in the coming years...
I started the thread by asking for my personal use (not for the project,
although I wouldn't mind a switch).
I left this as OT because I was also interested in /personal/ use.
If I find the time I'll try to switch to git and git-svn personally.
I'm considering Bazaar or Mercurial, while skipping git for some reason
I can't remember. It's only for my personal files, so I might just
choose one and then later switch. In this case, the revision history
isn't as important as being able to synchronize between different machines.
Based on http://www.swc.scipy.org/lec/version.html
I started with SVN but it seems to complicated for personal use.
I got much quickier into VC with Bazaar. Especially the command
brz add * is very useful.
Regards,
Timmie
