set_color documentation mistake

When documenting the \set_color lyxrc command I forgot that strings in
lyxrc must be enclosed in quotes. I thus put in a misleading example.

The attached patch (again lyxdoc CVS) fixes this problem. I also
rearranged the table for the default colors.
