Adding a word of warning from the reLyX trenches: reLyX produced these "psuedo- lyx" files that were actually a mismatch of formats and then relied on lyx2lyx to clean up after it. It was an unmaintainable, unmitigated disaster. I'd hate to see tex2lyx go the same way. Butting out again, Angus
