Dear Lyx Developers,
Lyx has allowed me to switch from windows to linux. However, one
frustration is that upgrade support is better for windows and the mac -
the various repositories are always behind schedule, and building for
source make maintenance of the system more difficult.
Recently, I had to download inkscape via autopackage.org - it worked
perfectly - any hope of getting lyx released via autopackage? One would
then need only three binary releases - win, max and autopackage?
Keep up the great work - this is a great project.
