The attached patch improves the configure stuff a bit.
The following has been done :
* remove duplicate --with-extra-includes
* remove duplicate --with-extra-libraries
* remove duplicate --disable-nls
* implement --with-kde-dir
* implement --with-kde-includes
* implement --with-kde-libraries
I need this patch to compile lyx on my home machine, which has
KDE 2.0 in the main header/libs directories, and 1.1.2 in /usr/kde11/*
