Do we really need this since we can use LFUN_NEXT_INSET_TOGGLE for the same purpose? I used another approach to fix INSET_SETTINGS, namely, fix show dialog in InsetText, but gave up after I realized that next-inset-toggle is inset-settings in this case. Bo
