hi, following the last discussions about embedding and lyx usage via RCS i would like to ask if there anyone still usgin our integrated RCS in lyx. its seems as some archelogical stuff, but maybe i'm wrong.
i'm playing now with git/qgit and just read our code of lyx VCS and think it wouldn't be so hard to extend our support for git RCS - or even better to integrate with qgit GUI for revisions history browsing. we would get for free history branches, sharing of work via remote git repositories, etc. i didn't studied any of the embedding code proposals but it maybe partly used also for considering which 'external files' should be used for RCS too (in this case files strictly in/under the same directory as the .lyx file). what do you think about integrating this support to lyx? pavel
