heh but these files shouldn't be 'edited' - the database source is saved
in trunk and we have script for its generation to web form. i changed
the notes a bit...
Could you add a pointer to _where_ in trunk you'll find the files, or how
to generate them? I've moved the place where this help text is defined to
this page:

So the three help texts are now defined on one page, but also shown on the
respective pages when you have edit permissions.
i also wonder whether these should be added in devel section, since we
already have links in About LyX section...
I don't understand what you mean 'devel section'?
