AMS books can have an abstract. (Problem reported on user list.)
Actually I'd rather not include this in that late stage. At least with the
German translation, this raises some problems ("Abstract" and "Summary" share
the same translation, so we have two entries "Zusammenfassung" in the combo
with AMS book).
Since I do not know about the other languages (and don't have time to check),
I'd rather postpone this fix to 1.6.1 to give the translators the time to
check if there are similar ambiguities.
