Compilation report and runtime report with Qt4.5

FYI I've compiled branch and trunk with the latest Qt4.5. It works fine 
AFAICT. The Qt4.5 is said to bring a lot of painting performance 
improvement on Mac (some qtlabs blog says up to 13x!). I guess it's 
worth testing that Bennett.
