Which command do you use for this?

mpage lets you print as many pages as you like (almost) on any given page
and for a two-pages-per-side you can also select no margins and tumble to
get what you want. Although in your case you'd need to set your original
document's page size as 8.5 x 11. Of course for your situation you'd
still get different output because the pages are reduced in size.

Hmmm... Actually I've never tried printing A5 pages two-up on A4 using
mpage so it may still be possible to substitute mpage for whatever you
currently use. It would just require a bunch of different command line
flags. I prefer doing that by hand anyway checking the output file using
gv before printing.

Thanks for your info. Something else to consider when extending Print.
