We already had the different fraction typed as kind of the InsetMathFraction inset, only the types 
\dfrac and \tfrac were separated. But \dfrac and \tfrac are exactly the same as \frac, except of the 
font size. So merging them saves a lot of doubled code and make maintaining much easier.
