I suspect it's relative straight forward to add a rewrite that maps
http://www.lyx.org/es(/<word>)
into
http://www.lyx.org/WebEs.<word>
without the user seing this. However, I'm not sure how I'd go about making
a link in the wiki point to
http://www.lyx.org/es/
So I'll have to think about. It might be as simple as changing $ScriptUrl,
but I'm definitely not sure. I'll think about this.
