Right, it was a bug. Fixed now for 0.26, which I am releasing as we speak: http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases-noredirect/elyxer/ Hope this does it, please report any further issues. Making eLyXer play ball from within LyX would be really nice for users. Alex.
