I know we are leaving non-xforms fe's as "unsupported" for 1.1.6 - does
this mean the configure option should go ? I think it should definitely be
commented out for the 1.1.6 release, exactly to avoid confusion like this
...
Just a warning somewhere won't be good enough, people will ignore it ...
