i can not comment on the technical part - whether apell is best choice on Mac or not. but sure we want to have spelling checker working, so if aspell is the right choice, then lets build it with the support. secondly, its important to keep your building procedure to be documented somewhere in our tree. feel free to create new dirs/files in development directory for anything needed. pavel
