I'll do this when I add documentation for per-document settings and rework the docs for the bibliography and index selection. (biber is not a package, but a modern replacement for bibtex that is closely tied to the biblatex package, a perl program; it fixes the shortcomings of bibtex -- memory limitations, no unicode support -- and since recent versions it is required for some biblatex features) Jürgen
