This should not be a problem. We search for this lib in
development/cmake/modules/FindICONV.cmake.
You may want to try to adapt this file.
And maybe it would help "cmake ... -DLYX_NLS=ON -DLYX_EXTERNAL_LIBINTL=ON ..."
