OK I applied this to trunk.
If you are playing with this ui file, it would be nice to have
also the information contained in lyx_version_info (version.h) available in
another tab. This is what one can get using "lyx -version".

Hi Scott,
I would prefer to have this tab only visible when DEVEL_VERSION is set.
This doesn't provide much help in the released version.
Furthermore, the build date now shows when "GuiAbout.cpp" is compiled.
This is pretty useless for normal use, isn't ?
