iff you have branched to 2.0.x
        (
                #cd /Applications/Words/LyX_outer_folder/lyx-git/lyx
                # git checkout 2.0.x
        )

then
        #cd <your 2.0.x build directory>
        #cmake 
/Applications/Words/LyX_outer_folder/lyx-git/lyx/development/cmake ...
