Some things are better, but some things are worse now.
I would still prefer to send an e-mail for each commit in the normal
lyx repositiory. Not for each push. The default hook apparently does
this, but our customized script does not. Could you please have a look
at this.
For the features repository though, it is different. Either, we want
to have a single e-mail for each push, because when you merge
lyx/master into a feature branch, you do not want an e-mail for each
commit in the master branch that got merged in. Or, we have to be
smart and only send an e-mail for those commits that are not in
master, but this has the problem that we have to check agains the
master in the lyx repository, not in the features repository.
I might be able to do this, but I do not have access to the scripts.

And maybe we should change [LyX xml] to [LyX features/xml]. Especially
when this is about the master branch of the features repository
