Dear Saravanan,
LyX is a desktop application written in C++. It would be a rather daunting task to make it a web application, as it would require rewriting most of the code in Java or Javascript.

There would also be the question of how to compile the document; the underlying tools (LaTeX etc.) cannot be easily rewritten either, so a client/server infrastructure would be needed where a server processes the documents.

Of course this is possible in theory, but it would take many man-years of effort, and someone willing to provide the server infrastructure.

I have seen LYX which is wonderful tool. I have few questions here that is,
Is there LYX for online WYSIWYG content editing?
or
can we make LYX for online WYSIWYG editor?
or
Is it possible to make WYSIWYG online editor using Java?

Kindly please help me to clear my clarifications.
Thanks.
