I have installed RedHat's upgrade to g++,

ben [12:38:42] ~ $ g++ -v
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/2.96/specs
gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.0)

and I have installed RedHat's package of xforms (0.88-15),

and I still get

g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../../src -I../../images -I./../ -I../.. -I../..
-I../../boost -isystem /usr/X11R6/include -g -O2 -fno-exceptions -c formula.C -o
formula.o
In file included from formula.C:30:
../../src/minibuffer.h:17: using directive `Object' introduced ambiguous type
`_ObjectRec *'

Lars, you mentioned that this is to do with having an 'old' version of
xforms. Do you mean that there are different versions of xforms 0.88?
(This makes no sense to me...)

Ben.
