I think that the problem is that you have a file called
"/home/adrian/suneds/docs//eds_logo.eps Graphic file (type eps)"
and LaTeX/LyX don't like spaces in filenames.
The exact problem here is in DepTable::read which assumes there are no spaces
in the filenames.
