distracting, and counter-productive. I always need to hover the inset,
wait for the tooltip to appear, and only then be able to check that
the cross-ref points to the correct table.
Is this inset truncation mechanism hardcoded, or can this be configured away?
It's hardcoded. I suppose it could be made configurable.
