I cannot comment much on the packages in fedora.
But:
        There is a mix of packages versions for qt5
        a.) 5.5.0-2.fc22
        b.) 5.5.0-2.fc23
        c.) 5.5.0-3.fc22
        d.) 5.5.0-4.fc22
        e.) 5.5.0-4.fc23
        f.) 5.5.0-15.fc23
which may be OK or not. At least it looks suspect.
