Somehow the new strings in Submenu are not output translated by lyx, although
they appear in po file. I cannot see the reason.
1.) Open new file
2.) insert a table
3.) right click in a cell
Five of the last six entries in dialog window are not translated.
The 'offending' file is lib/ui/stdcontext.inc, nothing looks wrong.
