Am I mistaken or nobody gave Uwe the +1 to do this format increment?
Yesterday I had updated my series of patches on tabular-feature from
format 504 to 505, going again carefully through the checklist, updating
and checking docs, doing the careful compilation tests patch-by-patch,
as well as a final test of the features. I had announced on the list
that I was going to commit the patches. And right when everything is
ready and I am ready to push, I see that someone has made a ninja format
increase, leaving me with no choice but to start again! Then I decided
that it was better not to react on the spot and call it an evening.
If somebody reverts the unauthorized commit, I will be able to push
mines without further delay. Otherwise I will honestly have to look at
my schedule before I will be able to tell you when is the next time I
will be available to work on the patches.
