Development.lyx is an exception: we don't translate it, because English is
the working language for developer communication anyway. Therefore, no
ChangeLog in the document - git shows you all changes and who to blame.
I was asking about the other manuals, actually.
They are at lib/doc/attic/Changelog-*
I see. Why is that in attic? It does not make any sense to me, attic/ if
for obsolete stuff IMO.
