LyX 2.2.0, windows 7.When I change either horizontal or vertical alignment of a table by means of the context menu > Settings, extra vertical rules are inserted in a table. I've attached an example file. The table toolbar buttons don't seem to produce this effect. (In fact I can't see that the vertical alignment buttons work at all.)
